Frances discusses getting copyright permission for poems. Katherine Lee Bates sent her a name of a firm and Frances is writing him. Her friend Ernest Jackson has written a musical setting to Markhams "A Prayer". She is sending a poem by Eleanor Baldwin which appeared in the several publications. Eleanor is the secretary for Dr. Francis H Rowley, President of the Massachusetts Society for the prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
